SafeArbs is not a bookmaker, not a gambling operator, and not an intermediary.
The Service:
does not accept bets
does not organize games
does not place bets on behalf of users
does not manage user funds
All betting decisions are made solely by the user and at the user’s own risk.

Refund policy:
a refund may be requested within 24 hours from the start of the subscription
refund requests must be sent by email to info@safearbs.com
requests may be submitted in free form
after the 24-hour period, refunds are not guaranteed

The primary legal language of this Agreement is English.
Translations may be provided for convenience.
In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
