User Agreement - Terms of Service

1. General Information

SafeArbs is an online analytical service operated by:

The Service operates globally. The Operator reserves the right to change the legal entity or operational structure in the future without terminating this Agreement.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement in full.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Service.

2. Scope of Services

SafeArbs provides:

  • analytical information related to betting arbitrage situations

  • algorithmic calculations and statistical data

  • information about bookmakers, markets, odds, and arbitrage opportunities

  • internal metrics, including a safety-related score or indicator

SafeArbs does not provide:

  • betting services

  • gambling services

  • acceptance of bets

  • financial, investment, or betting advice

  • guarantees of profit or income

All information is provided strictly for informational and analytical purposes.

3. No Betting, No Gambling Services

SafeArbs is not a bookmaker, not a gambling operator, and not an intermediary.

The Service:

  • does not accept bets

  • does not organize games

  • does not place bets on behalf of users

  • does not manage user funds

All betting decisions are made solely by the user and at the user’s own risk.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

In most jurisdictions, the minimum legal age for using betting-related analytical services is 18 years.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old or

  • you meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction

The responsibility for verifying legal age and compliance with local laws lies entirely with the user.

5. Geographic Availability and Legal Compliance

The Service is accessible worldwide.

However:

  • users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with local laws and regulations

  • in jurisdictions where specific bookmakers are prohibited, the Service may withhold or hide referral links to such bookmakers

  • informational pages about bookmakers may still be displayed for analytical purposes

SafeArbs does not guarantee that all features or external links are available in every country.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

  • all betting decisions are made independently by you

  • you fully understand the risks associated with betting and arbitrage

  • you use the provided information at your own discretion

  • you do not rely on the Service as a source of guaranteed profit

Your bets, profits, and losses are entirely your responsibility.

7. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds

SafeArbs offers a single subscription type, differing only by subscription period.

Key terms:

  • no automatic renewals

  • payments are made in USD or a locally converted currency

  • currency conversion rates are determined by the Service and may differ from bank rates

Refund policy:

  • a refund may be requested within 24 hours from the start of the subscription

  • refund requests must be sent by email to info@safearbs.com

  • requests may be submitted in free form

  • after the 24-hour period, refunds are not guaranteed

8. Safety Score and Risk Disclosure

Any safety-related indicators, scores, or labels provided by the Service:

  • are based on internal algorithms

  • are for informational purposes only

  • are not guarantees of outcome

  • are not recommendations to place bets

Such indicators may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies.

9. Data Sources and Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service uses data obtained from:

  • third-party providers

  • public and commercial sources

SafeArbs does not guarantee:

  • completeness of data

  • accuracy of data

  • real-time availability

Errors, delays, omissions, or incorrect calculations may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SafeArbs shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed profits

  • including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • including losses resulting from incorrect, delayed, or incomplete data

This applies even if the Service was aware of potential inaccuracies.

11. Service Availability and Force Majeure

The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • technical issues

  • maintenance

  • third-party failures

  • force majeure events

SafeArbs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Suspension and Termination of Access

SafeArbs reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate access

  • restrict functionality

  • block user accounts

This may be done:

  • with or without notice

  • with or without explanation

13. Changes to the Agreement

The Service reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

The version published on the website is considered the current and valid version.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Montenegro, unless mandatory local laws provide otherwise.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Operator’s jurisdiction.

15. Language

The primary legal language of this Agreement is English.

Translations may be provided for convenience.
In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
